NØRA delivers worldwide. Delivery times may vary depending on destination, carrier performance, and customs processing in the receiving country.
Customs inspections, duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by local authorities are beyond our control and remain the responsibility of the recipient. Such charges are determined by the destination country and are not refundable.
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or with missing items, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Claims should include clear photographs of the item, packaging, and your order number to allow proper review.
Damage limited to external packaging does not qualify for replacement if the product itself remains intact and unused.
Where tracking records indicate that an order has been delivered, responsibility transfers to the recipient. In these cases, customers may be required to submit a claim directly with the carrier and provide supporting documentation. Claims reported more than 7 days after delivery may not be eligible for review.
