Returns & Exchanges

At NØRA, rest and comfort are treated with care.
If an order is not as expected, we are here to assist.

Unused NØRA products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they meet the conditions outlined below.

Eligibility

Products may be returned within 30 days of receipt if the following conditions are met:

  • The item has not been used and remains in its original condition.

  • The product is returned in its original packaging.

  • Clear documentation is provided where relevant, including images of any reported issue.

  • The return includes a receipt or proof of purchase.

Items showing signs of use, missing components, altered packaging, or damage not reported at the time of the request may not be eligible for return.

Return Registration & Inspection

Returns must be registered through the NØRA Self-Service Return Portal.

When submitting a request, customers must provide a clear reason for the return along with supporting documentation where applicable.

All returned items are inspected within 5–7 business days after arrival.
Customers will be informed of the outcome by email once the inspection process is complete.

Return Shipping & Costs

Unless the return results from an error on our part — such as a defective, damaged, or incorrect item — return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Returned products must arrive complete and in their original condition. Returns that do not meet these requirements may be declined.

Customs delays or import procedures outside our control cannot be considered valid grounds for return.

Items purchased as part of a bundle must be returned together and in full.

Exchanges

Exchange requests may be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Returned items must meet the eligibility conditions described above. Once inspected and approved, store credit will be issued by email, allowing a new order to be placed.

Direct item-for-item exchanges are not available.

Return Acceptance

NØRA reserves the right to decline returns that do not comply with this policy, including items that:

  • show signs of use

  • are incomplete or missing packaging

  • are submitted outside the return window

  • are sent to an unauthorised return address

If a return is declined, the item may be returned to the original sender at the customer’s expense.

By placing an order with NØRA, customers acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Returns Policy.
