Shipping & Returns
Shipping times vary by destination. Once your order is processed (usually within 1 business day), you can expect the following delivery windows:
Benelux (Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg) 1-2 Calendar Days
Central Europe (Germany, France, Austria) 2-3 Calendar Days
United Kingdom 4-5 Calendar Days
Scandinavia (Denmark, Finland, Norway, Sweden) 5-10 Calendar Days
North America (USA, Canada) 8-12 Calendar Days
Rest of the World 8-12 Calendar Days
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking confirmation via email. This serves as official proof that your package is in transit.
We ship worldwide! Please note that international delivery times can vary based on local carrier performance and customs processing. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your local authorities are the responsibility of the recipient and are non-refundable.
We move fast to get your items to you! You may request a modification or cancellation within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, we can no longer make changes.
If your item arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us at contact@viciistudio.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.
Note: If tracking shows "Delivered," responsibility transfers to the recipient. Claims made more than 7 days after the delivery date may not be eligible for review.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to rest easy. If you aren't satisfied, you can return unused NØRA products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
We use a Self-Service Return Portal. To begin, you will need:
- Your proof of purchase.
- A valid reason for return.
- Clear images of the product (especially if claiming damage). Once received, our team will inspect your return within 5–7 business days and notify you of the outcome via email.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., we sent the wrong item or it arrived defective). Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
We do not offer direct item-for-item exchanges. If you’d like a different product, please submit an exchange request within 30 days. Once your return is inspected and approved, we will issue store credit via email so you can place a new order.
To maintain wellness standards, we cannot accept returns that:
- Show signs of use or are missing original packaging.
- Are part of a bundle (bundles must be returned in full).
- Are sent to an unauthorized address or fall outside the 30-day window.
